If you are an agency client, the relevant terms and conditions of your agency also apply. If you are a non-agency client, standard terms (as agreed) apply, along with the terms and conditions below,
For policies on confidentiality, data protection and anti-discrimination, please consult the terms & conditions for the relevant agency.
If for any reason you are unable to attend your session, please let me know as soon as possible. The required notice for cancellation is 24 hours.
Where there is no required notice of cancellation or if you do not attend your session, you will be charged the full fee.
