I’m focused on a range of things, but in particular:
Existentialism
I’m driven by the idea of a full, meaningful life. My psychotherapeutic training is in Existential Analysis and Clinical Logotherapy, and I write frequently on the topic of meaning. My newest book, ‘But Are You Alive?’ explores these themes in a practical, accessible way.
Education
I’m passionate about the future of education, and the transformative impact of technology in the field. As well as consultancy and mentoring, I run two businesses focused on education, The Purpose Workshop and One Typical Day. I also teach across the fitness industry (more here).
Impact
I have over a decade of experience in the social impact space, particularly in education and social mobility. Find out more here, for my personal work. Find out more here and here, for the social impact missions behind my businesses.
